Help to Get the Program Going
We were proud to announce at our business the other day that we would be installing a new program to manage our customer base. We’ve used an archaic program for some time now. But, finally we’re on to something new. We had a committee at work to determine the best program to use. Now we are ready to install Siebel On Demand. But, we’re getting a little bit of help to get the program going. Normally, we’d have our IT staff take care of this. But, our IT people don’t have expert knowledge of this program so we’re going straight to the source. We’ll have their staff assist us in implementing the new system. We’re confident that this will be efficient, and we’ll be able to put the program to use much faster.
