Her Husband is Cheating
What a weekend it’s been. Along with all the other errands I had to run, I also had to console an old friend whose husband is cheating. It’s not easy telling someone that everything is going to be all right when you know, deep down, that the only solution to the problem is likely going to be a breakup. She’s devastated, and I couldn’t bring myself to telling her that her cheating husband just isn’t worth it.
Of course, that’s what friends are for. You stick together through thick and thin and you try to make the best of every situation. Infidelity is a horrible thing to have to go through – especially when you’re middle-aged and you have teenage kids.
