Do You Need Help with Your Electric Bills?
My electric bills got so bad that I had to have the electric company put me on balanced billing. I have even had my electricity turned off, because I could not pay the bill. My friend suggested that I might be able to use some of the techniques for solar power for houses. I am a single woman. I have some tools and am not helpless, so I figure I may just give it a shot. I found a website called Earth4Energy that tells you how to make solar panels and join them together for electricity. It says you can build them for about $200. I am going to look into it further.
