Weight Loss During Vacation

Do you know, I tend to gain weight mainly during my vacations and the reason for this is that I sleep a lot and eat a lot. And I think that I have a right to do all this and I don’t even go for walks and all. But in one of the vacations during my college I gained some 10 pounds. And the flesh actually bulged from my body parts. What should I do now? I had no other options but to think very seriously on weight loss. I started dieting vigorously. But my friend told me that dieting this way is actually dangerous for health. She gave me some great tips and I followed them. To my surprise all those tips worked and I lose all that I had gained during the vacation. Really I was very happy with the results. Anyway I was hefty and so I thought to get rid of few more pounds. I started following a strict exercise regime as well as a diet plan. One more thing I also added weight loss supplements to my diet. I would normally take it along with milk shakes and other beverages. I always thought that weight loss supplements were not tasty but after trying one I came to know about it. That it is tasty.
