Training in a group to build muscle naturally and raise motivation and results
I train in the gym regularly with a group of friends. The companionship and competition is great for pushing our results to the next level. We have the same goal to build muscle naturally. Training with a partner or group of friends is great for motivation and you can put your heads together for designing new workouts. When one of us detects that we are getting stale we formulate a new plan of attack. So far this has worked very well and we have all experienced muscle gain and fat loss. The gym is located close to where we all work so meeting up during lunch break or at the end of the day is ideal.
