It can’t be denied that fattening foods like chocolate, ice cream and fried chicken taste good. However, the feeling you get after eating any of these foods isn’t a pleasant one. On the other hand, fresh strawberries also taste good, and peach sorbet tastes good. And they will not make you gain weight. So, remember you can lose weight without missing out.
