Company Formation is a way for a business owner to distinguish their business as a completely separate entity from themselves or personal property. It is also common to hear company formation referred to as company registration. Whichever is said, they both are pertaining to the same idea. This process is recognized internationally, not just Australia. They have the same process in the United States; however, they call it incorporation. People use a company formation to protect themselves from personal liability. This is very important to do, especially working in certain fields that have a higher probability of risk and liability.
