Email in, Email out
Its a pretty basic thing most anyone does check everyday, if not continually throughout the day, and it is e mail. Email is something that most anyone with an e mail address will get, even if it is spam. Companies used email archiving to copy, control, and back up their e mail for just about anything. Disaster could strike, and without a back up of your servers email, your companies vital e mails could be lost.
Losing important emails that may not have printed back ups might be disastrous indeed, if you have important correspondence that you need to be able to retrieve.
