Becoming a sales manager
I have been working in sales for a while now, and I would really like to move up and become a sales manager rather than just a sales associate. I hear that one of our sales managers might be leaving, so I am trying to find some way to get an edge so that I can replace him when he goes. I would really love to find some sales manager training that I could attend that might help me gain any necessary skills I might be lacking at the moment. Can anyone recommend a good training for this? It would look great on my resume.
